Terms and conditions may change from time to time and Klickity reserves the right to change terms without notice.
We endeavour at all times to have product information and images up-to-date. Any errors are wholly unintentional.
We reserve the right to make changes and update our website as necessary and without notice.
Colour representation of products on screen may vary to actual product colours; Klickity cannot be held responsible for these variations.
Payments & Security
We use Paypal for all credit & debit card processing which is the one of the most secure online payment services available. We never view any credit or debit card information all payments are handled by Paypal. Your credit card details are only used for this transaction and will not be stored.
Customs
When ordering goods from Klickity.ie for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Klickity.ie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Rights of Ownership
All products remain the property of Klickity until payment is made in full.
Environment
Klickity’s products are as environmentally friendly as possible. We believe smart material use and manufacture are imperative to a more sustainably designed future. Manufacturing in Ireland allows us to retain direct communication with our manufacturers which speeds up the product development process and cuts down on transport costs. It also supports the Irish economy. We specify that low energy light bulbs should be used with our lighting products and these are better for our environment. We only use recycled card in our greeting card range along with bio-plastic compostable sleeves.
Handmade products
Minor imperfections due to some of our products being hand made are not considered faults, these are what make the products individual and are evidence of their originality.
Delivery Information
We always aim to send your order within 2-3 working days. If an item is ‘made to order’, it will state that on the product details and we will email you to let you know when your order should be with you.
Irish Delivery:
€6.75 shipping fee for your entire order.
Delivery: You should usually receive your order within 3 days.
All orders are despatched using An Post parcel service and will require a signature upon delivery. All items are insured and trackable.
Undeliverable Items:
If you aren't there to sign for the delivery of your order, a note will be left advising you that your order can be collected at the local delivery centre. Please note that if you fail to collect your order within a certain length of time (usually ten days), it will be returned to us. We are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.
Please note: Currently only Irish orders can be completed online. For European and Wordwide sales please email us with your requirements and we will be happy to prepare your order.
Shipping & Returns
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period applicable in the European Union. We will refund you within 30 days. This refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. Although you have a right of refund, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods bought online back to us.
In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).
If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging.
None of these conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
